NSW High-Performance Program
Located at Holy Saviour School in Greenacre
Gymnasts must first apply for an assessment to qualify for an invitation to the program. Classes are run 6 days per week.
Gymnastics NSW has exclusively partnered with LRG to create the Rhythmic Gymnastics NSW High-Performance Program.
This is a landmark partnership dedicated to improving Australia's international ranking in Rhythmic Gymnastics. The program is home to 2016 Olympian Danielle Prince as well as a number of Senior International National Squad athletes.

NSW High Performance Talent ID Day Details
What is the Talent ID Day?
An exclusive opportunity for the most talented six to twelve year old females in NSW to join the LRG NSW High Performance Rhythmic Gymnastics Junior Development Squad.
Successful athletes identified will then be invited to a three-month trial at Le Ray Gymnastics. At the conclusion of this trial, a review will take place and gymnasts will be offered a full-time position on the squad or the opportunity to join another class within the program.
Prior experience in related fields such as Gymnastics, Dance or Physical Culture is ideal and applicants should show strong Flexibility, Agility and Co-ordination.
What is the NSW High Performance Program?
A landmark partnership between Gymnastics NSW & Le Ray Gymnastics commenced in 2017, dedicated to improving Australia's international ranking in Rhythmic Gymnastics.
The Program is designed to build the state's capacity to achieve at an international level by developing a Junior Development Squad and Talent Identification Program to support talented athletes for the future.
Who are Le Ray Gymnastics & Gymnastics NSW?
Le Ray Gymnastics (LRG), founded by Olympian Dani Le Ray, is the most awarded Rhythmic Gymnastics Centre in Australia, winning 'Club of the Year' 12 Years running. LRG has four Sydney based locations.
Gymnastics NSW (GNSW) is the State Governing Body for Gymnastics.
The NSW High Performance Squads
Junior Development Squad
Stage 1 (6-7 years) & Stage 2 (8-9 years)
The Junior Development Squad is for athletes that have been talent identified, mainly from within the school programs or a gymnastics program. Athletes will be subjected to testing for ongoing monitoring measurement and analysis.
Junior Elite Squad
Sub Junior (10-11 years) & Pre Junior (11-12 years)
The Junior Elite Squad is for athletes that have progressed from the Junior Development Squad or by invitation. Athletes will be subjected to testing for ongoing monitoring measurement and analysis.
